-The use of Any and All composite bats (including Williamsport approved) cannot be used for practices or regular season play in the Major division and below (including tee ball) for the 2012 regular season.

-Only Aluminum bats can be used, no hybrid composite handles are allowed.

-For Allstar play, SSLL will allow the use of composite bats as approved and posted by Little League-Williamsport, the date Allstar practices and tournament play begins (aluminum bat rule will apply to tryouts).

-Rules for not complying will result in disciplinary action. These rules are posted in the SSLL Rules & regulations located in the download section on this website.

Note: The above rule does NOT apply to any Softball division as Williamsport has no moratorium on any bats being used in that division play. In that case only Williamsport Little League approved softball bats can be used.
